Training Philosophy
Conley brings a tremendous wealth of experience to our program with a background in coaching and playing at the highest level of the softball world!
A native of Eureka, MO Courtney started 4 years at the University of Alabama and won a Division 1 National Championship in 2012! She recorded 24 home runs, 91 RBI’s and earned numerous accolades for on field play during her time in Tuscaloosa.
After her playing career Conley began coaching with stops at Missouri State and Lindenwood University as an Assistant Coach before becoming the head coach at Maryville University in 2018-2024. During her time at Maryville Conley led the program to a 111-89 record and was a consistent top 4 conference performer in GLVC play.
Playing and Coaching at the highest levels of the game lends Courtney a unique perspective and expertise when working with our players. Courtney is dedicated to maximizing your players potential and learning the game at a high level!!
