Training Philosophy
Donovan “Dono” Hatton has been a fixture at Impact Training since day 1. As a player, coach, instructor and kid favorite! Coach Dono has at a young age a unique ability to connect with all of our athletes, gain their trust and earn their respect with his style of teaching.
This ability translates to results on the field as Dono can break down the mechanics of a swing, review throwing mechanics and have the young athlete both understand and put into action his coaching.
Dono’s skills in this regard are far above most hitting instructors out there and he does a fantastic job making an Impact while making it Fun at the same time!!
