Training Philosophy
Katelyn Damron comes to Impact Training as a highly decorated and experienced former High School and Club level pitcher.
Katelyn wants to help mold your youth player into a higher level player. From a pitching perspective she focuses on proper fundamentals, mechanics, and arm safety. She also works with your player on the mental side of the game as well.
Damron has experience working with beginner level players that are just starting on their Softball Journey up to the high level Prep/Collegiate level pitchers that are working on fine tuning their games at a higher level.
Katelyn looks forward to partnering in the development of your player and maximizing their game and abilities!!
