CORE Classes

Every Monday at 6:00 and 7:00 our expert trainers (Avery, Evan and Tod) will lead our athletes thru a rigorous and comprehensive physical workout.

The class will rely on learning to use their bodies in a more athletic, strong, and safe way.

We will work on getting bigger, faster, stronger and giving each athlete a gameplay to take this from our classroom back home to continue to develop!
